This petitioner has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.The crux of the issue that is raised in this petition is that the third respondent is attempting to install a stone statue in the property of the petitioner.

3.Admittedly, a suit is pending with regard to the very same property in O.S.No.47 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Valliyoor. Any order that may be passed by this Court or any action that will be taken by the respondent based on the representation made by the petitioner, will have a bearing on the suit that is pending before the competent Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Therefore, without expressing any view in the matter, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy before the Civil Court, in which, the suit is pending.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is closed.
