ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the complaint of the 4th respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both parties have appeared and given undertakings. Based upon the above said undertakings, the above said enquiry was closed. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
