Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants survey to be conducted in respect of the petition mentioned land. After getting instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader states that there is no rival claimant. The respondents are ready to conduct survey within a period of ten days.

3. Recording the said undertaking, the respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise and demarcation for the petition mentioned property within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
