ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.) The petitioner contends that he belongs to Kattunaicker Community and he has applied for a Community Certificate for his children to the respondents, however, the same has not been issued. 1/3
Hence, the petitioner has given a representation on 11.07.2018 before the respondents 3 & 4 seeking Community Certificate. Since it has not been disposed of, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this writ petition.
2. Heard N.Jeyaram Sidharth, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Muthugeethaiyan, learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents.
3. Though the petitioner has given a representation to the District Revenue Officer, Madurai District / second respondent and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai / third respondent, it is represented that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur has got jurisdiction with regard to the petitioner's village.
4. In view of the same, this Court suo motu impleads the Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur, as party respondent / fifth respondent to this writ petition and Mr.M.Muthukeethaiyan, learned Special Government Pleader took notice for the newly impleaded fifth respondent. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the newly impleaded fifth respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur, along with required documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the fifth respondent shall consider the same, conduct an enquiry and thereafter, pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a further period of six weeks.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
