RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/appellant namely Chandran, S/O. Subbaiah Thevar by the Learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai by its Judgment in S.C.No.304/2013 dated 20/07/2018 and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.Perused the petition and counter, this Court was supposed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dismiss the petition for suspend the sentence, the learned counsel

for the appellant sought leave to withdraw the petition and fix the date for final hearing on the criminal appeal itself. 3.Accordingly, leave granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to withdraw the miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, this Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
