O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to issue patta after effecting subdivision. The petitioner has made an application on 16.08.2023 in this regard.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the application of the petitioner has been rejected on 10.04.2023. However, it is seen that subsequent to the said rejection order of the Tahsildar, the petitioner has obtained rectification deed in his favour on 06.06.2023 and thereafter, has made a fresh representation on 16.08.2023 which alone is sought to be disposed of.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 16.08.2023, after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner to produce all relevant documents including subsequent rectification deed, dated 16.06.2023 and pass final orders 2/4

considering the materials that may be produced by the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
