ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.MAHABOOB ATHIFF, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioner and of MR.N.SHANMUGASELVAM, Additional Government Pleader for R1, R3 & R4, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J) Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1,3 and 4.
2.The issue involved in this case is already seized of by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13654 of 2019 and the same is pending with an interim order of stay. However, the leaned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1,3 and 4, based on instructions, submitted that the possession has already been taken and handed over to the second respondent/Bank. The said submission is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. 3.Considering the above-stated facts and circumstances, there will be an order of status-quo, as on today, to be maintained by both parties, pending further orders.
