ORDER

When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board submitted that the respondents have already erected the transformer in the Corporation land and they have not erected in the petitioner's land. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also vouches the statement. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
