This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to quash the impugned letter passed by the Respondent No.1 to the Respondent No.3 dated 19.10.2018 to freeze the petitioner's company Account No.6091214000002 and further directed the Respondent No.3 to refreeze the petitioner's account.

2.In view of the order passed in WP(MD)No.14830 of 2021 dated 08.03.2022, this writ petition is devoid of merits. The petitioner is now arrayed as second accused in Crime No.42 of 2018, on the file of the second respondent.

3.As such, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
