O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the four boundaries in Survey Nos.1852/2A, 1852/2B, 1852/3, 1853/1 and 1853/2, totally measuring 4 acres and 47 1⁄2 cents.

2. The petitioner had purchased the properties by Document No.3356/2022 dated 03.06.2022. The lands are situated in Vadamadurai Village, Vedasendur Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner claims to be in possession of the said lands.

3. A direction is given to the respondents to issue notice to the petitioner and also any adjacent land owner, examine the title deeds of the petitioner and if there are no disputes, proceed to survey the lands of the petitioner herein. The entire exercise must be completed within a 2/4

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
