O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the four boundaries in Survey Nos.259/1 and 266, situated at Vadamadurai Village, Sithuvarpatti, Vedasendur Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. The petitioner had filed an online application along with challan on 24.05.2022. The petitioner had been allotted the said property by way of a registered partition deed among his family members on 13.04.2022. The petitioner, therefore, claims that the said property which had been allotted to him, may be surveyed by the respondents herein.

3. A direction is given to the respondents to examine the application given by the petitioner, issue notice to the petitioner and also issue notice to the other parties in the partition deed if required and thereafter, if there are no disputes, proceed to conduct survey. The entire 2/4

exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
