Prayer in this Writ Petition is to the direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2019 and remove all the encroachment made in Ariyamangalam to Kizhkandarkottai State Highways road ie., Kamarajar Road situated S.I.T to Ariyamangalam, Trichirapalli within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the encroachments made in the property in question have been 2/5

removed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
