This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.05.2022 which is pending before the respondents in reference No.RAA 22075783. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after receiving the complaint, the respondent police have not taken any action.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents seeks two weeks time to complete the enquiry.
4.
