Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The petitioner claims that he is a cultivating tenant. He has given a complaint dated 08.07.2020 to the authorities. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) states that based on the petitioner's complaint, enquiry was conducted and some witnesses have also been examined.

W.P.(MD)No.12129 of 2020 4.The third respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, FIR shall be registered and if no cognizable offence is made out and the matter appears to be civil in nature, the petitioner will be informed accordingly. So that the petitioner can avail other remedies to move the concerned Court.

5. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
