ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking modification of the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Mahila Court Vacation Sessions Judge, Trichy in Crl.M.P.No. 244 of 2022, dated 19/05/2022, by which, the petitioners were ordered to comply with the conditions ie., the petitioners should appear and sign before the respondent, ie., Thuvarankurichi https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.11032 of 2022 Police Station daily at 10am for a period of 30 days and the petitioners shall not leave the town without prior permission of the concerned Court.
2.The grievance of the petitioners is that as per the condition, the petitioners have appeared before the respondent police from 06.06.2022. There was a pathway dispute between the parties. The petitioners were at Tirupur and due to old age ailments, they could not comply with the condition for 30 days. But, the petitioners without seeking modification before the concerned Court, filed the present petition before this Court. 3.For grievance of this nature, the petitioners can seek remedy from the concerned Court. Depending on the outcome of the said petition, the petitioners can seek appropriate relief. Without approaching the lower Court, the petitioners cannot seek remedy from this Court.
4.With the above said liberty to the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
