O.P.(MD) No. 6561 of 2022 dt 08/04/2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PANDIAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time of the petitioner's appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri for executing bond with sureties as per order passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.6561 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to Vacation Court, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.6561 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.6561 of 2022 is extended further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6867 of 2022 for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
