PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.113 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A3 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.04.2022 for the offences under sections 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 05.04.2022, based on the secret information, the respondent police along with police party went to scene of occurrence Potthur near Anna Arch and found that the petitioner and other accused were found in possession of 22 kg of Ganja. Hence, the case has been registered. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD)No.8195 of 2023 4.This is the second applications for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 08.03.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2950 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present bail petition even after dismissal of the petition. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
