ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 13.11.20147 and to remove an extent of 7 cents of land from the Prohibitory Book.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 27.07.2023, signed on 31.07.2023, communicated to the first respondent, rejecting the claim made by the petitioner.

3. In view the above, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the second respondent, it is left open to her to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
