Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESH MAHADEV DR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant of extension of time in the order passed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD)No.13449 of 2020, dated 26.11.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to Covid-19, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD) No.13449 of 2020 dated 26.11.2020.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.13449 of 2020 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
