RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl O.P (MD) No. 4917 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JAMEELARASU.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4917 of 2023 on 15.03.20223 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4917 of 2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on every Wednesday until further orders.
