[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to secure the detenue namely, Pothumponnu, aged 29 years and produced the person or corpus of the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Sukumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would state that the dispute between the Petitioner and the detenue has been amicably settled between them before the second respondent/Police Station, yesterday. H.C.P.(MD) No.706 of 2020 3.Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would state that the detenue appeared before the second respondent Police and there was an amicable settlement between the parties.
4.In the light of the above statement made on either side, no further enquiry is required in the Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
