[Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.] The prayer in the Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter namely, Sharmila, aged 16 years, before this Court and hand over custody to the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The petitioner is the father of the detenue. It is alleged that the detenue is found missing from 07.07.2021. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue submits that she is willing to go with her father.

H.C.P.(MD) No.1033 of 2021 5.In the light of the above statement, we are of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
