PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider and pass orders, on the basis of complaint and CSR No.461 of 2022, dated 22.04.2022 issued by the second respondent and commence investigation in right perspective and file final report without any delay in the matter. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider and pass orders, on the basis of complaint and CSR No.461 of 2022, dated 22.04.2022 issued by the second respondent and commence investigation, in right perspective and file final report without any delay in the matter.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after receiving the complaint, the respondent police have not taken any action.

4. Recording the same, the Second respondent/ the Inspector of Police, West Police Station, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.04.2022, and to complete the enquiry and to file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
