M.Kabali : Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the detenue or body of the detenue i.e., the petitioner's minor daughter namely Padma Priya aged about 16 years D/o K.Kumar before this Court and to hand over the custody of the detenue to the petitioner herein.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Padma Priya aged about 16 years before this Court and handover her custody to the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared through video conference. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she is ready to go with her father, viz., the petitioner herein and the petitioner is also ready to come back the detenue.

H.C.P.(MD) No.709 of 2020 3.In the light of the above statement, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
