No. 8 of 2021 in O.S. No. 264 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli and allow the present Civil Revision Petition and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the Letter D.No.2177/2022 dated 01.122022 from Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli, this Court made the following order:

"The learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli, sent a letter dated 01.12.2022, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of O.S.No.264 of 2010, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 28.06.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 01.12.2022, four months time is extended from today to dispose of O.S.No.264 of 2010."
