ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 31.03.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the earlier complaint given by the fourth respondent case in Crime NO.263 of 2022 was registered against this petitioner by the Inspector of Police, Uthamapalayam. Pending the above said case, another complaint has been given by the fourth respondent setting out the same set of facts. Therefore, that was closed. 3.Since the complaint itself has been closed, there is nothing survives for further consideration in this case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. 28.04.2023 2/4
