The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the Adal Padal dance program on 05.05.2023 at about 6.30 pm in Arulmigu Ekiri Amman, Ayyanar, Theradi Karuppu, Pannaiyadi Karuppu temples situated at Adavathur Pallakkadu, Somarasampettai, Srirangam taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2023.
2. Mr. R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of the above said issue between the two groups of people, Peace Committee Meeting may be ordered.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Peace Committee Meeting shall be conducted on 05.05.2023 by Tahsildar, Srirangam. In the above said meeting, the petitioner and as well as the rival parties must participate. Depending upon the outcome of the resolution to be adopted in the above said the meeting, further action may be taken either by the petitioner or by the competent authority.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
