[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] We have heard Mr.C.M.Arumugam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondent to furnish the certified copy of the sale certificate of the property situated at Trichy Town Nadu Gujili Street, Municipal Old Survey No.4, Old Block No.15, Old T.S.No.1396, New Ward F, New Block 18, New T.S.No.61//2 and other connected documents to him within a prescribed time limit based on her representation, dated 02.03.2021 enabling her to challenge the same under SARFEASI Act before the Concerned Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).

W.P.(MD).No.12544 of 2021 3.Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned counsel for the respondent Bank, who on instructions, submitted that as soon as the copy of the sale certificate duly registered is received, the respondent Bank will communicate the true copy of the same to the petitioner. 4.It is open to the petitioner to approach the respondent Bank and collect the copy of the sale certificate, which shall be duly authenticated. This direction be complied with within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
