Civil Revision Petion is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, Praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Thiruchirappalli to pass orders on the Execution Petition in E.P.No.151 of 1992 in O.S.No.114 of 1987 on the clarification sought for by the Town Surveyor and thereby directing the Amin to execute the decree of mandatory injunction passed in the suit within a time frame fixed by this Honourable court.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, vide the letter in D.No.998 dated 05.10.2018 which was forwarded by the principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli vide letter in D.No.10191 dated 08/10/2018 and upon hearing Mrs.J.Anandavalli, Advocate for the Petitioner, this court made the following order: The time sought for by the Court below is granted. 2.The Court below is directed to dispose E.P.No.151 of 1992 in O.S.No.114 of 1987 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, within a period of two months and report compliance to the Registry, without fail.
