C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that the issues raised in the present writ petitions are no more res integra as the subject issues have already been decided by the Full Bench of this Court in Government of Tamil Nadu and Others vs. R.Kaliyamoorthy, reported in 2019 (6) CTC 705. Hence, the claim of the petitioners is to be considered only with reference to the Full Bench decision.

2. In view of the above, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petitions cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
