This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondent Police to give police protection to the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 09.09.2020.

Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that upon receipt of the representation dated 09.09.2019, given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in current paper enquiry No.G3/1188/1770/2020 and the same is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
