ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.14 of 2015, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The defacto complainant has paid a few lakhs of rupees to the petitioner, since the petitioner had assured him that an overseas employment will be arranged. But, he had sent him only in a form of Tourist Visa for a week. Therefore, this FIR came to be registered.
