SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8025 of 2021 dated 21.06.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 21.06.2021 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders. He would further submit that the first petitioner is TNSTC driver and the second petitioner is a coolie worker hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3.Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the condition imposed on the petitioners directing them to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL MP(MD) No.5011 of 2021 Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
