ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Section 379 IPC r/w 21

(4) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals Development and Regulation Act in Crime No.40 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Even though there is some dispute with regard to number of cases that are pending against the petitioner, perusal of record shows that the petitioner was already involved in the similar offence, for which a case in Crime No.173 of 2021 was registered by the Ammapet Police Station. Only on that ground, the earlier petition came to be dismissed by this Court. I find there is no change of circumstances.
