PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent, namely, the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Pudukottai in Na.Ka.No.267/ALGSC/I/PDK/2020, dated 05.09.2020 so as to quash the same in view of the pendency of the Civil Suit in O.S.No.128 of 2019, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gandarvakottai on the same issue.
