Prayer : Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to extend the period to comply with the conditions imposed in its order dated 10.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14490 of 2025 and to execute the bond before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam for a further period of ten days.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an extension of the time to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 10.12.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14490 of 2025, and to execute the bond before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam, for a further period of ten days.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that, due to his poor financial condition, he was unable to mobilize the funds, execute sureties and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14490 of 2025. Accordingly, 2/4

the time granted for complying with the conditions and for executing the bond in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14490 of 2025 is extended by a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
