Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21727 of 2022, dated 20.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners complied with the condition only for 12 days.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners.
