ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents not to demolish the petitioner's house in S.Nos.64/9 and 138/21, measuring to an extent of 0.02 cents situated at Kosakulam Village, Anaiyur Town Panchayat, Madurai North.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is no disturbance from the respondents in relation to demolish the aforesaid petitioner's house. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. 3.By recording such submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
