Respondent Prayer :- This Criminal Orginal Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the impugned complaint in S.T.C. No.412/2022 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur and Quash the same as illegal. 1/4

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing, the earlier order of this Court dated 07.03.2024 and 25.10.2024 and a letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur in D.No. 771/2025, dated 17.03.2025 and forwarded by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni in D. No. 643/2025, dated 25.03.2025, seeking for extension of further time to dispose the S.T.C. No.412/2022, this Court made the following order:

" Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "extension of time for lower Court" to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.412 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur has addressed a letter, through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to the Registry, dated 17.03.2025, requesting for extension of further time to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.412 of 2022 in pursuant to the order of this Court dated 25.10.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the aforesaid 2/4

case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.T.C.No.412 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
