Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records in respect of order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka. No. 2676/A2/2014 dated 12.08.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioners from 17.02.2014 and further direct the respondents to disburse all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner from 17.02.2014.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader, who advanced submissions on the appeal, fairly submitted that the issue is covered by a decision in W.A.(MD)No.888 of 2014 etc. batch of appeals, dated 21.07.2015, wherein after considering the contentions of the parties therein, a Division Bench of this Court, dismissed the appeals and review petitions filed by the State. He would also submit that the order in W.A.(MD)No.888 of 2014 etc. batch of appeals, dated 21.07.2015, applies to the facts of this case.
