W.P.(MD)No.19832 of 2020 petitioner, the second respondent has directed the third respondent to make measurement and send a report, in and by the proceedings in O.Mu.No.3145/2020/Aa5, dated 16.06.2020. Seeking appropriate action on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the communication sent by the second respondent, we call upon the said authority, namely, the second respondent to make sure that the third respondent complies with the same and based upon it, appropriate orders are passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
