Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ABDUL RAHUMAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6009 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner complied with the condition only for 16 days.
3.In view of the above submission, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
