Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the employees of the petitioner, goods, stocks, available at "Maha Mahal" No.1B, Keela Vadihyanathapuram, Thathaneri, Madurai and other business places of the petitioner.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Mr.R.Pandi Maharaja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the order impugned in this Writ Appeal has been worked out.

2. Placing on record, there is no need to advert to the grounds of challenge. The Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
