Prayer in W.P(MD)No.10314 of 2026: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith furnish a certified copy of the proceedings in R.Nos.30708/A1/2025 relating to the mini bus permit granted in favour of the third respondent, operating on the route from KKSSN Nagar to Virudhunagar Old Bus Stand.

Prayer in W.P(MD)No.10315 of 2026: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith furnish a certified copy of the proceedings in R.Nos.30707/A1/2025 relating to the mini bus permit granted in favour of the third respondent, operating on the route from Virudhunagar Old Bus Stand to Keppulingampatti.

For Petitioner : Mr.A.C.Asaithambi For Respondents : Mr.M.Lingadurai Special Government Pleader for R1 & R2 COMMON ORDER The petitioner, who is a private minibus operator running services on three routes, has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith furnish certified copies of the proceedings relating to the minibus permit granted in favour of the third respondent. 2/4

2. The petitioner alleges that the third respondent, who is also a private minibus operator, is operating on a route overlapping with the routes assigned to the petitioner, thereby causing monetary loss to him. In that context, the petitioner made a request seeking certified copies of the permit granted in favour of the third respondent.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the certified copies of the permit granted in favour of the private respondent would be furnished within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said submission, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to issue certified copies of the permit granted in favour of the third respondent within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
