PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2023 forthwith, thereby to take appropriate action against the erring persons who are all involved in disposal of valuable properties owned by the municipality which were availed in the weekly market without offering any tender and having committed huge loss to the Sivagangai Municipality, within a time as may be fixed by this Court.
