ORDER

The petitioner has made an application on 08.02.2023 for surveying the land in Snos.357/2A and 357/1B1 and has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to conduct survey based on his application. 2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that based on the petitioner's application out of two properties, one property in S.No. 357/1B1 of Muththalvarpatti, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District has been surveyed and in respect of other property in S.No.357/1B1, one Lakshmi has raised objection for surveying the land and therefore, they have issued notice under Section 10(1) of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act and they would take a decision within a period of four weeks. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
