ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 4 to 6 to initiate action against the respondents 7 to 11 for running Power Loom Factories illegally in the respondent premises.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents submitted that, during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has entered into a compromise with the private respondents, wherein the petitioner has agreed to permit the private respondents to run the Power Loom Factories subject to a time limit. A copy of the compromise agreement is placed before this Court, and in the said agreement, the petitioner has agreed to withdraw the present writ petition. 3/6

3.In view of the aforesaid facts, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
