Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the authorities from registering any document in respect of the petition mentioned properties. Such a relief can be sought for only before the jurisdictional civil Court. In writ proceedings, such a relief cannot be granted. Granting liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, this writ petition stands dismissed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
