RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8183 of 2020 dated 05.08.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition. 2.This Court, by an order dated 05.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8183 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

4.According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 31.08.2020.
