ORDER

Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that in breach of the interim order passed by this Court, the sale deed was executed on 20.03.2023.

3. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General informed the Court that the offending document has been cancelled vide order dated 06.12.2023. I am satisfied that the breach of the interim order of this Court was inadvertent and in any event, contempt has not been made out.

4. The contempt petition is closed.
